Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DigitalDevSEO, we commit dedicated engineering, technical research, and content production resources to every project. This policy outlines conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of technical SEO, paid media campaign architecture, and website development, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has officially commenced.

2. Circumstances Eligible for Refunds

• Service Not Commenced: If a client requests cancellation within 7 business days of payment before any audit or strategic work has begun, a full refund will be processed minus third-party payment gateway fees.
• Duplicate Transaction: In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded promptly within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Services that have already been delivered or project milestones that have been completed.
• Dissatisfaction arising from organic search algorithmic updates or broader market competition outside our direct control.
• Direct third-party advertising spend paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads.
• Client delays in providing necessary credentials, assets, or approvals required to execute deliverables.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a formal refund request, please email our billing department at digitaldev098@gmail.com with your invoice number and detailed rationale. Requests are evaluated within 3 business days.
