Terms of Service

By engaging the services of DigitalDevSEO, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before commencing project work.

1. Scope of Services

DigitalDevSEO provides search engine optimization (SEO), Meta advertising management, WordPress/WooCommerce web design, speed optimization, and related digital growth consulting as defined in individual client proposals and Service Agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities & Access

• Clients agree to provide necessary administrative access (Google Search Console, Analytics, WordPress, Meta Business Suite) required to perform services on schedule.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shared images, trademarks, and text content do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

• Monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle and are payable within 7 calendar days.
• One-off development projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon staging milestone completion.

4. Performance Disclaimer & Search Guarantees

DigitalDevSEO adheres to 100% white-hat industry best practices. Because search engines (Google, Bing) operate proprietary algorithms that evaluate hundreds of external variables and competitor actions, DigitalDevSEO does not guarantee specific numerical #1 keyword rankings or predetermined advertising ROAS.

5. Termination & Retainer Notice

Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled by either party with a written 30-day notice via email to digitaldev098@gmail.com.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
